AnyWare Group, a leading provider of Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions, and Prudential Consulting Inc. (PCI), a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and outsourced transcription services, expanded their healthcare technology partnership enabling PCI and AnyWare Group to resell each other's solutions. Due to the synergies between the two companies, PCI is now able to offer healthcare providers across Canada remote access and patient portal solutions using AnyWare Group's ROAM platform, while AnyWare Group is able to offer PCI's dictation, transcription and speech recognition services to its current and prospective customers.
Earlier this year, the two companies signed an exclusive multi-year agreement whereby PCI would use AnyWare Group's ROAM remote access platform as the backbone of its regional transcription and dictation services, allowing employees to connect to a hospital's information centre and download dictated patient reports and related clinical information – regardless of where the employee was working. The partnership between AnyWare Group and PCI was very well received by healthcare providers and has therefore resulted in PCI now reselling ROAM as a full and seamless solution for transcription and dictation services.
