Esquire Innovations, Inc. announced that iOffice System 7 will be previewed at the International Legal Technology Association Annual conference August 25-28, 2008. Developed for the legal industry, iOffice System 7 includes: iCreate, templates and formatting tools for document creation and editing; iDocID, for adding document IDs to Word and Excel documents; iRedline, an enhanced word comparison application; and iScrub, for metadata management. iOffice System 7 can be implemented as a complete package, or each product can be purchased separately.

iCreate: More efficient, standardized document production
iCreate 7 encourages efficient, standardized document creation by providing ways to easily create automated templates for end users, and tools to quickly apply and make changes to styles, numbering and other MS Word formatting elements. Firms that implement iCreate find they significantly reduce the time users spend drafting, formatting and repurposing documents.
Using ENA iCreate retains Word’s native formatting, resulting in an electronic document that can effectively be used for collaboration purposes without concern that the formatting will be lost.

iDocID: Functionality and flexibility
iDocID 7 provides functionality and flexibility to the process of adding a document ID to a Word or Excel document. Accessed through a custom ribbon in Office 2007 iDocID features include:
· Footer ID Placement on all pages, first page, second and beyond, and last page
· Footer ID placement specified by document type
· Centralized administration. Firm specifications are set-up in an XML file
· Automatic elimination of existing DocID codes upon File Open
· Existing footer information is never overwritten
· Word and Excel integration
· Out-of-the-box integration with Open Text, Interwoven, NetDocuments and WORLDOX.
iRedline: Practical Document Comparison Tools
By taking advantage of XML technology, iRedline 7 takes a fresh approach to MS Words' native comparison engine by adding the tools and flexibility, law firms require but find unavailable in Words’ Compare Document. Features include:
· DMS integration – Right click and compare
· The ability to display the results as tracked changes or static text
· Ability to convert iRedline Changes and DeltaView changes to tracked changes
· Tools to create or email a composite document with the original and revised document embedded to appear at the top of the iRedline result document as icons

iScrub: Premier enterprise-wide application for metadata management
The latest version of iScrub takes metadata management to a new level. Managing metadata involves controlling the information that leaves a firm’s electronic walls. iScrub 7 uses sophisticated technologies to remove metadata from MS Office and PDF documents, including the hidden or difficult to reach file elements.
