Quebert is a customer qualifier. By adding a small dialog box to the business's existing website asking for a customer’s name and email address, potential customers request to receive a series of automatic emails that tell them about the business in small amounts of information. By approaching them, respectfully, two to three times over the course of a week or a month, the potential customer can get to know what the business offers and determine if they want to take the next step. If the potential customer is still in the business owner’s list at the end of the automatic email chain, they are prequalified and ready to be contacted in person. At any point in this process the customer can ‘opt-out’ of the automatic email chain and be removed from the business’s listing. This saves the business owner time by only working with customers that have been prequalified.
Quebert is a subscription based software service. The business customer only needs an internet connection and a computer to use it. There is no software to download or install. The subscription is paid annually and offers unlimited access. This provides all business owners with a very low cost, full featured service, so they can focus on growing their business and increasing word of mouth momentum.
