IDX Broker helps Swanson provide his clients with integrated search and results pages after filtering through thousands of listings from the Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS).
With the addition of IDX Broker, clients of Swanson can now select to enter criteria into a basic search, advanced search, map search, address search, or listing search depending on which search they feel is easier to operate. All of the search categories are now completely customizable and geared toward helping the client narrow down the options to have a better chance of locating their ideal home. Search options on Swanson’s site include nearby schools, view description, lots size, neighborhood, home style, kitchens features, style of dining room, construction of basement, type of exterior and interior material, and fireplace description among others.
If clients browsing Swanson’s site are unable to locate a property meeting their specifications at that time, this customizable IDX solution also offers clients the ability to provide their name and email address and receive email updates on properties matching their search criteria that become available on the MLS. Swanson has access to all of the names and emails through the ‘New Lead Management” section in his administrative log-in so that he can follow up with clients browsing his site.
