Know, The Magazine for Paralegals has named the 9 Most Influential Contributors to the Paralegal Field in its recent issue.
The contributors were selected based upon their contributions to the paralegal field over a 10 year period. They demonstrated a unique ability to provide professional advancement to hundreds or thousands of paralegals across the U.S.
The recipients are:

Association Advocate: Deisha L. Vazquez, Corporate Paralegal, Seyfarth Shaw LLP, Atlanta, GA: Vazquez has initiated events for the Paralegal Section of the Gate City Bar Association established in 1948 and is the oldest African-American Bar Association in the State of Georgia.
Regulation Revolution: Stacey Hunt, CLA, CLAS, Contract Paralegal, San Luis Obispo, CA. Hunt is a co-founding author of Business & Professions Code 6450 that established regulation for paralegals in California.
Paralegal Entrepreneur: Henry Alonso, CEO, Alonso consulting & Training, Inc., Washington, D.C. A mentor, trainer and techology evangelist who successfully started and grew his paralegal related business in litigation over 20 years ago.
Paralegal Utilization: Deborah Hampton, Trademark Administrator, Limited Brands, Inc., Columbus, OH contributed to numerous organizations and extensively worked with attorneys and paralegals to promote proper utilization of paralegals.
Education: William Statsky, Esq., Author, Educator, Lawyer, Los Altos, CA has written 26 texts and many articles. He has sold over 500,000 paralegal books and is the editor of 19 other texts.
Technology: Lisa Rosen, CEO, Rosen Technology, Chicago, IL has changed the face of technology in the legal field with her own litigation support software (Al-Coder) and provided training to paralegals in the litigation support field.
