A member of the Brunswick County MLS (BRWC), Klock’s clients now have access to browse thousands of property listings and details without ever being rerouted or leaving her website. Using the raw data extracted from BRWC, this customized IDX solution formats it to be displayed as an incorporated search function on Klock’s site, allowing her to keep her personal branding and keeping the overall look and feel of the website homogenous.
Visitors to Klock’s site are treated to a wealth of search options and custom IDX search tools to help them navigate and stay engaged in the search process. After performing a basic, advanced, map, address, or listing ID search, clients can then view extensive details on the property including a prominent photo and link to a photo gallery. A tools menu on the right side of the page displays easy to see links for clients to request more information, schedule a showing, print a flyer, email the property to a friend, locate the property on a map, and even calculate potential mortgage payments.
IDX Broker not only saves clients time with these advanced, easy-to-use features, but also offers Klock many time saving applications as well. Through an administrative log in, Klock has access to her custom CSS, wrappers, and statistical updates from BRWC. Contact information from clients opting to save their searches on her website and receive email updates is hosted in a lead management section, giving Klock the ability to see saved search criteria, follow up with the client, and provide an overall more personable experience to those visiting her site.
