Satyam and RelWare Form Alliance

Satyam Computer Services, Ltd., a leading global consulting and information technology services provider, and RelWare, a leading developer of Web-based solutions for healthcare, announced today that the organizations have signed an alliance agreement. The alliance agreement calls for Satyam and RelWare to join forces to implement, customize, train, and provide professional services in support of RelWare’s OneRecord™ solution around the world.

This newly formed alliance will provide healthcare organizations, physicians and patients access to a full range of solutions from a full-blown acute-care electronic medical records systems (EMR) to a personal health record (PHR) for individuals and everything in between. The relationship will leverage RelWare’s service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other web-technologies to allow both organizations to provide solutions for all of healthcare. It will also lower costs and save time, thus allowing medical professionals to spend more time providing enhanced patient care, rather than managing paperwork.
