IN-COM Data Systems (IN-COM) announced today that it has reached agreement with Software Diversified Services (SDS), one of the largest providers of technical support and related software products for IBM mainframes systems, to market SMART TS to its extensive client base worldwide.
SDS’ co-owner, Jim Lampi, who handles sales and marketing for the company, stated that the SMART TS product line is an important addition to its software offerings. “We were greatly impressed with its speed and search capabilities, and particularly with its cost effectiveness and rapid ROI,” he said. “SMART TS has a proven capability for reducing MIPS, which is a significant consideration for efficient mainframe operations. We feel that it will have great applicability to our users and will be widely accepted by our client base.”
